How much does shipping cost?
UK standard delivery is £3.99 and express is £5.99. Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. The exact shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 4PM on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day. Standard UK delivery then takes 1–2 working days.
How do I pay?
We take payment by Pay by Bank, which uses Open Banking to let you approve the payment inside your own banking app without entering card details on our site. We do not currently accept cards. See How Payment Works for a full walkthrough.
Is Pay by Bank safe?
Yes. You approve the payment inside your own bank's app, so we never see your banking login or card details, and the approval covers that one payment only. Our payment provider, Wallid, is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference 827001).
Where are your products manufactured?
Products are manufactured both in the UK and internationally. ASPeptides selects manufacturing partners on quality and value, and all orders are dispatched from our UK facility.
What purity can I expect?
Every batch is manufactured and HPLC verified by our supplier to a 99%+ purity standard, and supplied as a lyophilised solid. Note that HPLC purity and net peptide content are different measurements — we explain the distinction in this article.
How should products be stored?
Lyophilised peptides should generally be stored frozen at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 4 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Storage requirements vary by product, so refer to the individual product page, or see our Reconstitution & Storage guide.
How much bacteriostatic water should I use?
That depends on the vial size and the concentration you need. Our Peptide Reconstitution Calculator works out the concentration, the volume for a given quantity and the reading on a U-100 syringe, with presets for every vial size we supply.
Who can purchase from ASPeptides?
Our products are sold exclusively to laboratories, research institutions and registered businesses for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, see Trade & Laboratory Accounts.
Can I order with a purchase order or an invoice?
Yes. We can invoice against a purchase order number and take payment by bank transfer for trade accounts. Details are on our Trade & Laboratory Accounts page. Please note ASPeptides is not currently VAT registered, so invoices do not carry a VAT element.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Are your products for human use?
No. All compounds supplied by ASPeptides are for in vitro laboratory research use only. They are not medicinal products, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
