Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Packaging

All products are shipped in appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you require shipping outside the UK, please contact us at acesystemics@gmail.com before ordering to confirm whether this is possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information, if available from the courier, will be included in this email.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
